Returns

At Future Saints, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (extend to 30 days if you prefer for customer service).

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

    • In original packaging with tags and labels still attached.

    • Free from stains, perfumes, or signs of wear.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or discounted items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products.

  • Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).


3. Exchanges

  • If you would like a different size or color, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Defective Items
